The purpose of this information text and privacy policy, prepared within the scope of the obligations that we, as Alanya Health Tourism Association (hereinafter referred to as ALSTUD), are obliged to comply with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVK Law), is to inform visitors/users visiting our website with the domain name https://www.alstud.org.tr (website) belonging to ALSTUD, about the processing processes of the information/data they share with their own consent when they visit the site.
Data That Can Be Processed/Collected Data that visitors/users using/accessing the website belonging to ALSTUD will share during this use/access and that can be processed by us;
2.1 In addition, some data that the websites we receive service from as ALSTUD (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) collect through the use of cookies and share with us.
– Use of Cookies
While ALSTUD does not perform a data processing process using cookies directly through our website, a data collection process can be performed by using cookies through the websites we receive service from.
2.2.1 Google Analytics
It provides information on the number of Users/Visitors, demographic characteristics (country, city, gender, interests, age range, etc.), the device they use, system information, IP address, and which pages Users/Visitors use on our website. 2.2.2 Google Search Console

For other browsers, you can access it from the settings section or help section of your browser. Preventing the use of cookies may result in not being able to benefit from all the features of the relevant website or insufficient use of the website. We process data regarding the sections that users/visitors visit/reach when they enter the website for the purposes of improving the quality of use when they enter the website, increasing the benefit obtained from the use by facilitating the use of the website, and improving our website and preventing the possibility of security vulnerabilities. ALSTUD carries out a data processing process limited to the scope of the data it collects for the reasons stated above, starting from the moment Users/Visitors enter the site, using the contact form and further developing the website for users/visitors, informing users/visitors about the services it offers, learning about their satisfaction/complaints regarding the services, making the website more secure and eliminating errors/deficiencies on the website, and promoting new services. In this context, the data owner will obtain explicit consent from the user/visitors regarding the data it will process when they visit/use the website.
For any data processing process that will take place outside of this, ALSTUD undertakes that it will not act against the consent of the relevant person in accordance with the PDP Law and will enter into a data processing process after obtaining their consent.
Reasons for Data Processing and Persons Who Can Access the Data
Although it is necessary to obtain the consent of the relevant person in order to process data in accordance with the PDP Law, in some exceptional cases, these data may be processed even without the consent of the relevant person. These cases are;
a) It is clearly foreseen by the laws.
b) It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to give his/her consent due to a de facto impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid, or of another person.
c) It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract.
d) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.
e) It is made public by the relevant person himself/herself.
f) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
g) Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
ALSTUD may share data with the following persons within the scope of achieving the above-mentioned purposes. Website visitors/users accept that they have been explicitly informed about this matter.

Company affiliates, employees, partners/shareholders, authorities, business partners
User’s Right to Access Data and Requests
User/Visitors, within the framework of the rights/authorities granted to them by the PDP Law, have the right to apply to ALSTUD and request the following regarding themselves:
Learning whether personal data has been processed,
Requesting information regarding personal data if it has been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
Requesting notification of correction, deletion and destruction processes carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Requesting compensation for damages in the event of damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data They have.
Personal data owner users / visitors can apply to ALSTUD regarding the above requests through the Application Form in accordance with the PDP Law. Applications are answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the PDP Law. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be collected from the data owner by ALSTUD.
In accordance with the PDP Law, ALSTUD may accept the request or reject it by explaining the reason and notify the relevant person in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, ALSTUD will fulfill the necessary. In accordance with the PDP Law, if the application is caused by the error of the data controller, the fee received is returned to the relevant person. The Visitor/User undertakes that the information provided to ALSTUD in accordance with the PDP Law is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and in the event of a situation that violates this undertaking, all responsibility will belong to the user/visitor, and ALSTUD will not have any responsibility.
Personal Data Storage Period and Measures to be Taken Regarding Personal Data
Personal data shall be deleted, destroyed or made anonymous by the data controller ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws, if the reasons requiring its processing are eliminated. Within the scope of this provision;
As ALSTUD, we keep the data we process in our system for 1 (one) year, and subsequently, for all the information reaching us through the communication form and the data collected through the use of the website, the data will be removed from the system by deletion method, unless the relevant person gives consent again, without prejudice to legal obligations, or unless the relevant person has a situation that does not require data processing within the scope of a developing consultancy process.
According to the PDP Law, the Data Controller must;
a) Prevent unlawful processing of personal data,
b) Prevent unlawful access to personal data,
c) Take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to ensure the storage of personal data.
In the event that personal data is processed on its behalf by another natural or legal person, the Data Controller is jointly responsible with these persons for taking the measures specified in the first paragraph.
The data controller is obliged to conduct or have conducted the necessary audits in order to ensure the implementation of the provisions of this Law in its own institution or organization. Data controllers and data processors cannot disclose the personal data they have learned to others in violation of the provisions of this Law and cannot use them for purposes other than processing. This obligation continues after they leave office.
ALSTUD undertakes to comply with all of the obligations listed in this context.
ALSTUD reserves the right to make changes in this disclosure text and privacy policy according to current changes, and when it makes a change, these changes will come into force on the date they are announced on the website.
